Web Application Developer
We are seeking an experienced web developer for our Cagayan de Oro office. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a range of front end and backend web technologies.
The offered position involves development of complex web applications in Javascript. These applications require a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, especially object oriented development and design patterns.
The web application backend development uses Python with the Django web framework, MySQL and numerous related technologies. Experience in these technologies is desired.
Strong general software development skills, specifically object oriented development and design patterns is required. Experience with one or more object oriented languages is sufficient. Experience with Python and Django, or a willingness to learn is required.
Required skills:
- HTML, Javascript
- Familiar with CSS, preferably LESS/SASS
- Experience with revision control, specifically Git
- Experience with backend web technologies, such as PHP or Python
- Python strongly preferred
