On the picture above, you can see that the area where the old Coca-cola plant building was located has been cleared out and only the rubble of concretes were left. Tune Hotel, Gateway Tower and the Limketkai Luxe Hotel buildings are now visible from Osmeña Street.

The construction of the 4-storey SM Premier Mall of CDO will soon be starting on this site. Accordingly, it will have the usual store a SM mall has, like the SM Dept. Store, Supermarket or Hypermarket and some shops and restaurants. What is exciting is that there are speculations that it will have an iMax cinema which most SM premier malls has, yet that is not yet confirmed. But Tsadagyud.com said that "It will have six cinemas, 1 of which appears to be bigger than others." A BPO building is also in the plan and it will have a 4-levels parking building.
Let's just keep posted for the development of the SM CDO2 Premier because these are just the plan and there might be some changes as the construction continue.
